the header on my kart is getting really hot and smells like its burning after i run it for about a minute, is it normal? and also when im not holding the sterring wheel it shakes back and forth, and when you sit down theres alot of vibration, is this just because of having no clutch or any of the mechanics on?

Header- yes it's hot- and if it's new, oily, or freshly painted, this crap needs time to burn off. Normal.

Re: Vibration. Dead normal- single cylinder engine, no isolators, etc.

this is the pipe thats been on my bike since i got the pipe, so its been on the engine its whole life, but its been smelling like its burning, and has many marks on it, could it be from having to turn the engine on its side once for a few seconds? just to get it through the fence, and it just shakes outragously, i kind of feel like im in a vibrating chair,

Check all bolts, make sure motor ounting bolts are tight!

Define "outrageously". Id bet $10 its the normal amount.

enough where, i had just two boards down, and i had little to no vibration, now i cut up and butchered some car seat cushion for the moment till i get a seat padding and it vibrates alot more, enough to where i cant look straight and my head is shaking

check you wheel bearings, if o.k., you may want to check for a bad crank,from reading your previous post,i see you like to rev it up, with out any load........not good.
