Clinton A400 or Power Products AH47

I have a 59 Gopher Kart that I have been trying to find an engine for. I now have a Clinton A400 and a Power Products AH47. Both run pretty well. I do not have a clutch for either yet. In my research I have learned that the AH47 will need to have a clutch made for the small shaft, while the Clinton I can get an off the shelf clutch. I am trying to decide if which if either of these I should put on the kart. Or if I should sell them both and look for something a bit larger to make the kart a bit more fun. I don't have pictures of the Clinton yet. What do you all think? Thanks, Shawn

They look so different. And the frame is different too.

I get what you're trying to do: vintage on vintage. I'd like to see the Clinton engine though, when you get those photos.

I am wanting to keep the kart vintage and return it as close to its former glory as possible with a classic 2 stroke engine. A Predator will not fit on this without modification to the frame, and that is something I am not willing to do to this. I keep searching for something a bit larger than the engines that I have, but I am not willing to cough up the money for a Mac as this is not a racing kart by any means. But, I will be extremely fun to hear a 2 stroke screaming through my neighborhood I will get some pictures of the Clinton this week.
