This setup is typically how any other buggy and or kart is setup. The "jackshaft" is that type of TC stock setup....

In fact you cant get much simpler with a "jackshaft" as this.....I know.... check my ride and the problems I had.......

OP.... looking pretty coool.......nice to have a jig and table.....

The jackshaft has two bearings. I cut apart the old one from the mounting base, cut off the bearing "cups", put in a new shorter piece of tubing between, and welded it all back together.

Thanks, that table is nice to have. Sucks to store when not using it, but great for frames.

Thanks man. Got the top all tacked together. Gas tank on the way. Have a lot of old motorycle calipers, trying to find one to fit and a way to go about mounting it.

got the wheel done, with stainless buchanan spokes and the springer put back together. I have to make a new top clamp for it, and will be cutting the neck back off to take an inch or so out of the frame. it looks a little too long in the frame area in front of the tank, and want it as compact as possible. Will be de-raking it a degree or two also, to get the front end taller, i think with the rear tires, it will sit at a downward angle.

Thanks guys. Got the rear tires mounted and re-did the neck part of the frame. Removed about 5 degrees and an inch of stretch from the neck.
