Its a pull, you just have to hook up the cable from the back end of the motor. Might have to take off the air filter box assembly, you will see it under there. Most likely will need another spring to the lever for added return assist.

I am struggling to get the throttle hooked up. the carb throttle is a push system and I need to pull. Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated. see pic. green arrows show the black throttle on the barb and the rod that pushes it. There was another throttle rod that I removed.
