does anyone know where to get a china made torque converter online that has a price on it. I inquired to P.M. Machinery in China to see what there price is but as for Comet...I called www.mfgsupplyco.com and well they told me that my order was completed and sent except my Torq-a-verter system because not only were they not in stock but comet did in fact go out of buisness.:mad2:

your best bet is to buy parts from ebay and piece one together parts are still reasonable its the full units that went wild. Hoffco comet is going up for auction and i hear theres a deal going on to build them again

Can you cross reference it with Napa or something? There has to be other non-comet belts out there that work.

got up today and BMI was sold out as i thought they were. I contacted a china based company and they said for $250USD western Unioned to the company they would send one to me via DHL (courier) and it would be delivered within 4-7 Buisness days...anything fishy about that?
