All of the major kart supply shops in the United States sell brake lines with threaded fittings already installed. In many different lengths .The fittings seem to be universal in thread size. Up until now your work has looked pretty good.
The picture of your master cylinder in post # 37, the one Denny commented about , has to be one of the most make shift mickey mouse DANGEROUS contraptions I have ever seen. I hope you aren't going fast when it fails you.

Metal ain’t the problem. It’s the 2,000 psi of brake fluid pressure the rubber gas line and hose clamps are trying to hold back.
I guess I didn't look at the pictures, you are 100% right.

My friend, follow Pancho's advice.

I'm not in the states tho, maybe it's an American thread tho which is why I can't get it to match to anything ? Any suggestions as to what the thread could be in the caliper ? Also it's hose rated for brake fluid I've not just chucked fuel hose on there as I know brake fluid eats it/dissolves it. Also 2000psi sounds abit high ? Maybe 1000psi max?

legg, I don't know the thread size or pitch. I have purchased master cylinders from two different sources, and brake lines from a third. Everything fit. One of my master cylinders looks a lot like yours. Only difference is mine is silver in color. They come with either male or banjo fittings on them, ( you need a banjo fitting on your master ). Can't see enough of your caliper to tell, but I 'm sure you can figure it out. Nice thing is, they are very flexible. One of my karts, I couldn't get the exact length I needed so l bought the next size up. Put a couple of extra bends in it to compensate for the slack, zip tied everything down nice and tight, been working well for three years and counting.
Go Power Sports, in the state of Texas sells a good selection of them. I realize that you are not in the States, and maybe your device will hold up for a little bit.
I just wouldn't want to bet my physical health on it, and I doubt that you do either. Sometimes getting them to go fast is the EASY part.

The master cylinder isn't the problem that is just a straight outta the box banjo fitting it's the caliper I'm having trouble with. There is no make or anything written on it so all I can do is maybe take the adapter bit that came with it to a pipe specialist near me and see if they can identify it or make a hose up. My only other thought was to see if I could re-tap the thread in the caliper to the same as the master cylinder and then use another banjo type fitting. This is probably why the bloke gave it to me for free haha
