Chassis ID help

Can anyone shed some light on what chassis this might be?

Thinking Emmick, but can find very little info online.

I am not too sure, but have you looked all over the kart for any markings or numbers. Sometimes they are stamped close to the spindles

I'm not sure what brand, but its offset steering column kinda makes me think it might be like a early to mid-90's era, strait-rail made for oval racing.
