Challenge!!!!!!!

I am new to this site and I would like to see more posts from people that can't afford to buy alot of this stuff new. like making parts from old cars,lawn tractors,motor cycles, and odd junk laying around to build something that works for what you need.and sometimes you need to use your imagination to make it work. I have got a lot of junk laying around and i am going to build a big wheeled motor bike from things i got laying around my place which means i have to rummage through a lot of stuff to find what i need or what i can make work. Sure there is going to be the occasional peice you will have to buy,but i am challenging people to think outside the box with what you have on hand. Now I am new to this site so bear with me i am going to take pictures from start to finish and try to keep up on the posting of what im doing.

You should make a minibike with a huge lawn mower tire for a back tire and mounts for a 13HP engine. Build it up!

Im going to use the rims off a boleans 1050 lawn tractor whith big 4 wheeler tires. They are 5 hole rims, i am building a live axle out of a rear axle from a mighty might four wheeler.i am going to take the axle apart and use the big bearings from the axle in a peice of schedule 80 pipe about a foot long. going to put the bearing inside the pipe and im going to cut the 30 inch axle down to about 14 inches that should give me enough room to weld the wheel hub disk brakes and sproket mounts.i am cutting all the mounts out of 1/4 inch plate.
