I have a Razor Mini Chopper (The electric one for little Kids) that i put an engine on. I started looking at jack shafts & clutches for it, both the jack shaft and clutch take a #35 chain. I want to use the original rear sprocket but the problem is its for a #25 chain.

My question is if i run a #35 chain from the jack shaft to the rear sprocket, will the chain be too big? :mad2:

Yes. #35 chain is going to be bigger than #25. There are places that sell #25 sprockets though. I'm thinking specifically of surpluscenter.com

OK, Next question.

The clutch has 12t and the jack shaft has 13t and 18t. What size sprocket do you recommend 40t or 60t?

Sorry I'm new to this kind of stuff!

That depends on your tire size, engine rpm, and desired speed. I would say 60 just because you are using a cent. clutch, but that may be inappropriate

I,m using a briggs 3.5HP engine on a little mini chopper frame. Where i ride it is going to be quite hilly, So i have some questions with gearing. I'm guessing a 60T sprocket will give me more power for going up hill then a 40T would. Am i rite? I still want to have some bottom end though.

Can you help me out with this setup?

12T sprocket on clutch. 13T & 18T sprockets on jack shaft (what size sprocket should i put on the clutch side?) and either a 40T or 60T (which do you recommend?) on the rear wheel.

I recommend the 60 because I don't think your engine is strong enough to work well with a low geared bike. I also recommend gearing high for any cent. clutch kart.
