The chain I have stretched and now when I turn, the sprocket slides and the chain falls off. The key also wiggles loose. Also, the keys I have for my brake rotor is slipping and almost fell out. I have the rotor loose so it’ll float. I want to secure this key. So how do I tension my chain and keep my sprocket from sliding at how do I keep my key still?

Thanks, now what about the chain tension, a big zip tie? Don’t mean to be sarcastic

Unless the chain is sagging like a sore thumb, it should be fine. Chain alignment can mes up even tight chains, so it should be fine after you get some hose clamps or preferably real axle collars.

Pics would be helpful on HOW loose the chain is.

Lock collars or hose clamps. With the loose chain you can either take a link out and then use a half link, or you can just move the engine back to take the slack out. Pics would help us help you

I just put a little tack weld on both sides of the key way for my stuff so the key doesn’t slide out.
