Chain rub

Recently replaced chain on Coleman kart. Chain is rubbing secondary clutch! Any ideas, advice?

Did you replace with same size chain?

My assumption is that it is the same size chain. I ordered it from Coleman’s site. A spacer makes sense, I don’t see where there was a spacer on the diagram.

Yes sir, I believe so! It is the only diagram on the site and I cannot find anything different online.

Something about a sprocket? I believe assembling this without that would not be productive.

This is the diagram for the bottom bracket. I do have the sprocket in place with the chain on, but the chain rubs the inside portion of the secondary clutch. I do not know what I’m missing. A spacer makes sense.

Always a good idea to post pictures first FYI, or you just end up with wild speculation from blind men (which is what we are without those pics!).
