Yes, but i dont have a tractor supply close to me, as far as know at least. (Im on the east end of long island. Shelter Island)

look at the first pic of the chain laying on the ground striaght up and down. in the middle,,, the fat link, you see,,, IS a master link. So you have one already, and the new chain you ordered should come with one. I have the same cart,with same Robin engine and got it with a blown up clutch and rusty chain I bought this: Go Kart/Mini Bike Centrifugal Clutch 3/4" bore,12 Tooth + 4 feet of #35 Chain & link. for $40 on Ebay

I just used the chain breaker, it had a part thats for pushing pins back in, and it worked great.
