hey kart people

how can i tell what sort of chain is on my kart? are there any numbers anywhere on the chain itself.

also is a 5/8" live axle strong enough to hold 130kg and handle a 6.5HP motor?

thanks for the reply people
unfortunately i already have a small cart with a 5/8th axle which i am going to bastardize to make my golf cart better and not have to worry about battery life.
the way the axle is set up may work for me as it is going through a holder on each side of axle.
another concern i have is gearing and the sprocket that is already on the kart, it seems very small and would have too much speed for the proposed application. if i go with a 10t sprocket from clutch and a 72t drive sprocket it shouldn't be too fast is that correct.

i will post some pics in the next day or so to give you an idea of what the f*%# i'm on about
just to let you know that I'm not looking for a fast vehicle just one to get me around with no hassles
i get enough speed on the road (and hope i don't get caught)
