chain falling off

G'day guys, my chain on my go kart is very tight but for some reason it keeps falling off.
Should a make a guard or a tentioner? how would i go about making a tentioner? everything just seems to break.

so its not breaking the links? its still complete but its getting tossed???
if its tight it shouldnt

hmm I looked closer at the engine and the clutch when the engine is running and every time I rev the engine the chain gets pulled closer to the sprocket.. conclusion.. the engine mount is flexing.. reinforce and it should be ok, thanks 1992surban for the flexing idea!

Also check to make sure everything is aligned 100% and that your sprocket isn't tweaked.

Chain should not be tight, should have 1/2" play or so.
