Do what move the tank?

I just want a larger tank that holds more fuel. And a clear one so I can see how much fuel I have lol
Last time I was far from home and ran out and had to push the pig home hahaha

If you have an "old" B&S, it's a flathead and doesn't have a valve cover. For about $10 or less you can buy a fitting that screws in the oil fill hole and uses crankcase pressure to run the pump. Some folks don't like them because of the length of the line but there's about a million people using them without a problem.

Ok, I don't know the technical name for the plate to access the valve springs on a 5hp flathead, but it looks like a valve cover to me. Fill me in on what's it called.

We always called it the plate to access the valve springs. ;) I have no idea what Briggs callled it. To have a valve cover you need overhead valves.....which you don't have...which is why you need the pulse fitting. If you had a valve cover you could put it there....but you don't....so you're pretty much back to where you started.

I hate to contradict you J but, yes they do; All valves have springs & retainers which need to be accessible for removal purposes; a flathead valve cover is on the side of the block & covers the springs, which has a pipe to the carb, same as a honda/clone...

Of course you are right, I should have made myself more clear in my terminology....but I didn't. Thanks for the catch.
