cast iron or aluminum

I was wondering which would be better for a flywheel, cast iron or nonbillet aluminum. I don't feel like paying for a billet flywheel and i just want to know which would stand up to more rpms

Those aluminum 3 horse flywheels are ****ing grenades. Go billet or run cast under 6k.
