Hello everyone!
Ive been working on building this Carter Brother go kart from basically scratch. It used to have a seized 150cc Tecumseh motor on it that I tried DESPERATELY to save, and had enough rust to put junkyards to shame.
Since then, I’ve made the following upgrades:
420cc Predator Engine
40 Series Torque Converter
Straight Piped Exhaust
Come Air Filter
High-Altitude Jet
Secondary Charging Coil
12v Battery
Charging Wire Setup
LED Low Lights
LED High Lights (Bar)
I want to swap out the drum brakes to hydraulic brakes, but can’t because of the axle and me not having an idea of how to make the rear axle assembly work.
All in all, I hope I can be of some use on this forum/thread. I do know I have a lot of questions, especially on the wiring for electric start and magneto coils.
