Figured it out! The driven clutch wasn't pre-loaded right...took it apart and did it right watching the video from GoPowerSports.com........now i'm chewing the belt a bit...not completely but had some strings hanging...we will see i guess...

Just wanted to provide a final update........
Finally got my hands on a new predator....broke it in and the modified, runs great
With the new motor I think alot of my issues were with the Tec running like crap since everything is great now..well motor and clutch wise at least.... steering still sucks...thanks for everyones input and help!! Safe karting
