WONT RUN ABOVE A IDLE,CLEANED CARB,CHECKED VACUUM LINES,CHECKED DIAPHRAM needle valve and thediaphram for a pin hole in the rubber there is a solenoid valve on the side of carb, what is the voltage required for operation ,is this a part of the high rpm operatons

Check all the basic things like if you're getting spark. Could be something more simple than it appears
