Does anyone know how to remove fuel inlet nipple without destroying nipple or carburetor? Seems to be a press fit. Thanx.

   Russ is asking a question about engine parts!!!   It's the end of the world!

Man, I wish I could help you there. I could think of using some really good locking pliers while holding the carb in a vise, with cardboard or something on the sides so it doesn't damage it and trying to twist it off, but it might damage the inlet some :(. I got these really good locking pliers at costco that automatically adjust themselves to what you're holding, they're called like alligator grips or something.

Well if you remove it and it's press fit then you can't get a good seal when you re -assemble it. I have a briggs carb and it has a rotatable plastic inlet and mine comes off.
