What's that yellowish cap on carb called? It started leaking,then it fell off.

Thats a fuel filter/strainer. There should be a screen thingy in there.
There should be a gasket/oring in there as well.

Thanks, is it replaceable or do I need to buy a new carb?

It unscrews, so you may need a carb unless you can find a new one and pick all the old pieces out.
