Can't figure out installation

Forgot how to install these brakes. Please help!

Im just guessing as Im not truly familiar with this model or what this is, but too me, the two black rings with the square holes are the holders for the bearings, they sandwich the bearing race and are bolted with the brake bracket. I reckon the the dished ring and sleeve are a cover and a standoff for the wheel when mounted and bolted down.

Interesting drum setup, what is this for?

I have no clue. No model # nothing... So the drum should be bolted with the black bearing holders? The holes won't line up. This is becoming a pain in the rear....

If that is not the case, Then maybe the bearing holders are bolted to the brake bracket and then that is bolted to the frame

got it

ok i got it to work but now the drum rubs against frame and wheel does not turn freely?????

The drum can be moved slightly outward, but not so much that the brake shoes are exposed.

yeah but then how does it stay in place? once you put th wheel on it pushes the drum into frame again..

I'm not exactly sure what you have.
Can you use a spacer?
