can you use #40 chain on a #41 sprocket???

title explains all. i cant to find any #40 sprockets for my jackshaft. i looked everywhere

Yes, 41 sprockets are a hair narrower, but they work just fine.

how many teeth?
what size bore?
what type of hub?

I ordered 4 in various sizes for a 3/4 inch jackshaft - ~$30 with shipping. The description claims set screws are not included but they were present. Showed up in a week and fit.

What keyway is it??? 3/16? i need 3/16 keyway

Practically anything with less than a 1" bore will have a 3/16" keyway as there just isn't room for a larger key.
