Can you help me with these Karts?

I recently purchased two used carts for my Grandchildren to have fun with. One was planned & the other was totally a lucky purchase,
The first one is a Fox LTX with a Tecumseh power plant. I do not know the year but seems to be in pretty good overall condition. The Recoil needs some attention, oil change, good tune up new TC Belt.
The second was purchased when I mentioned at work that I had purchased a used go kart for the kids. Fellow said he had one out in the barn & was ready to get rid of it. Said it was his kids but they are all grown & he would like it out of there. He was going to try to sell it but had no idea what it was or what it was worth. I told him I would like to come over & look at it & give him some ideas. Well I saw it, made him a fair offer and took it home. I think it is also a Fox, but have no idea anything else about it. It's a little rougher and will need some attention before it gets running.
So here's my question - Can anyone tell me about these machines?
Is Fox still in business, if not were they bought out by someone still in business today. I am hoping parts are still available for these machines.

Fox is not in business unfortunately, however gopowersports.com has many parts for them.

They were also sold as Manco's, who is also out of business, but will probably help locate part's.

Both Manco.. a 485B (that be the Fox LXT's Model number) commonly refered to as the Dingo and the other one I think is the smaller 225 (commonly refered to as American Express)
if it's the same size as the Fox it'd be a 285 (commonly refered to as Dingo)

Manco is out of business,
manuals are available on americansportworks.com though.
Spare parts.. not really;
ever essential part is generic though, (wheels, brakes, engine, transmission etc)
so easy to get hold of.
