Can someone please help ID this kart frame

I just picked this up can someone please help ID it?

well it's indeed an italkart..
I'd say an older Elite perhaps (2004 or such?)

is there another torsion bar under the left side of the seat or the mounting spots for one?

also measure the tube diameters the crossbar in front of the seat
and the side rails.. (METRIC!!)
if both is 30mm it's a later Elite (just with older pods installed)
if it's 30 siderails and 32 crossbar it's a pre 2013 for sure,

going by the pods and the dropped front axle torsion bar
I'd say very late 1990s to early 2000s (1998-2004 ish)

(between 2008 and 2017 I think they added a ITALKART Lasercut plate to the lower steering mount.. so it's either pre 2008 or past 2017.. the latter doesn't seem right going by it's overall appearance)

Thanks for the reply. I’ll look at the kart tomorrow and measure everything and report back.

To my eyes that's a 2004/2005 nassau panel (with the dripping nose)

so I'd stick with what I said above
