i hav and old ac unit we just pulled out the back of the house it has an eletric motor on it do u think i can get it going off a car or ridingmower battery if so let me know what u guts think will upload som pic soon

That's an AC type motor. So you'd have to use a long extension cord and plug it into your house electric.
Or, buy a big voltage Inverter to convert a batteries DC-type voltage to AC.

Electric motors that are made to work conected to batteries are called DC type motors.

i doubt it would run long off a tractor battery and inverter.
