Can anyone make a sprocket?

Just a small one, I'm looking for a good 30 to 45 tooth sprocket to run on my 33cc gas scooter.

Don't worry, gearing isn't low at all, it has a gear reduction gearbox already on it, but I've modified it enough that it doesn't need it (but) the scooter is designed that way...

Anywho, anyone know where I could get one? I already have a 55 tooth, which is as low as they go.

Actually a 45-50 tooth will do fine.

a bearing supply store, bring in your old one, you might have to drill new mounting holes but they will have the sprocket as a machine part, check your phone book for the closest one.

anyway he needed a splined sprocket to put on the engine's shaft...

if it was for the engines shaft he wouldent be trying to get a smaller sprocket to make it go faster. smaller sprocket on engine means slowers.

you would not use a 55 tooth sprocket for an eninge. plus it already has a gear reduction so ithe would def not need a smaller engine sprocket.

I have all kinds of sprockets & my sugestion to you is to find a bearing supply or parts for industreal conveor systems, look in your phone book you will find some thing, but 2 there cheap.

I had the same problem. But i found a 47 tooth rear sprocket
