Can anyone Identify this kart frame?

Bought this kart a while back (have made posts about it) and I'm still not sure what the frame is and how old it is. for whom helped me with my fiberglass seat discussion I used the fleece and it worked out so well.

Posting pics showing the brake caliper and rear of the kart might give us some more clues...

Could it be a CRG Kalifornia it sure looks a lot like my CRG frame... But then again they all look kind of the same in one way or another to me
Is there no ID tag on the rear of the frame ?

It is no doubt an older kart probably from the late 90's
