Can anyone identify this 11.5hp motor?

I got this kart in a trade. It needs a little work and a few parts.

I would like to get the air filter and cover for it as well as a gas cap.

Check and see if they are any numbers either stamped/etched in the block. Usually below the gas tank, down low opposite of the intake side. If so post them and maybe someone can I.D. the engine.

Could possibly be a Greyhound 6.5 or Lifan 6.5 considering the blue paint below the black on gas tank and similar resemblance.

Looks like some one already took off the gov. No throttle lever plate.

That's a copy (clone) of one of the Honda GX-series engine models. Judging by the valve cover I would say it is a 11-13 hp Honda clone. Probably a HF one.
