sounds to me like a gear is sticking or not meshing right in one gear.

ive gotta crash out mate, as ive been up for 3 days stright, need some shut eye, but irll be up bright n early, to get to work on the dreaded buggy from hell lol so hope my silly vids helped

the gears in the box all lookeds like brand new when had a peek, and in the transfer box i just replaced them, so do u think it could be the clutch not engaging properly ?

i guess the clutch could not be engagin or it could be dissingaging to late u might need to lube all that stuff. well get some sleep before you pass out

Does this look right ? not sure what way the gears go in and i am also left with a thrust washer i belive its called and have no idea where it goes and why,

So does it not have a snap ring that goes in that groove that you pointed out at the top of that gear? If not that could be the problem, if that gear is allowed to move back and forth it might cause it to pop out of gear, can you see wear marks on the other half of the case where that gear has been rubbing on it?

i fitted a sur clip thing as thought that was the prob but still doing it arrrrrrrrrr
Cant belive it, still doing the same thing, am at the end of my teather, just worn out with it, ive had it almost 6 months and never been out on it, taken the gear box etc apart and out about 10 times nopw,

I think that little lever or what ever should be tight because its movin around a good bit and may be putting it half of the way in and half out.

yea matey is tight now but still doing same sh....
arrrrrrr irll let u know how it goes once start it in gear,
when its on the deck irll s4ee if it does the same sh... or weather it is sweet or not lol

been told that my sonik is the same as sumin called an XL250 or maybe xling if that helps at all, got a few new vids i will post shortly as well, think am almost there in regards to solving the gear jumping prob, it seams if i push forward on the leaver and pull the rod up at the same time it doest jump out, but as u can imagine its pretty impossible to do whilist driving lol, trying washers and bigger screws and bolts at the mo, but irll sort the new vids out in a bit

hope this helps i think u should be able to hear whats going on even if you cant see it so clear, look forward to any ideas or help on what to do
