Not a Dingo! Maybe a Chinese "Candy" kart with the roll cage removed.
Giant worn out POS is what it is. Never meant to last.

It looks like a Yerf Dog I flipped on it's side years ago.

They were kinda top heavy.

This one has the cage removed &
