Can any one tell me speed for gear ratio

Ok I need to know the speed of the jackshaft to axle ok so I have a 10 tooth to a 25 and on the other side of jack shaft is a 13 to a 55 tooth. I have 16 inch tires and I'm 150. Frame is about 100. Pounds. Engine is 212cc and or 3600rpm

All I'm doing is making a 5 to 1 gear ratio so I'm just going to find the chain size of the sprocket on the axle and have a 12 tooth to a 55

That gives you a 4.5:1 ratio. That is going to be waaaaay too high. Even with 11" tyres you would be struggling. With 16" tyres you are going to have SERIOUS problems, with your clutch. You will probably not really move at all.
