hello. first of all thanks to everyone who has helped me on my questions i have posted so far. i still have some slight t/c problems but im kind of frustrated now so i was wondering what would be the approximate value of my go cart. when i bought it, it was in a guys garage. very little use (about 4 months by his little kids in his yard only) but the motor was stuck from sitting so long. i bought it, took it home opened side of crankcase and unstuck the motor. about a month later i blew the motor up from not having sufficient oil and i parked the go cart. it has sat for a while in the weather, but otherwise great condition. i recently replaced the motor with a HF 6.5 clone, which is why im having trouble with t/c. the go cart is a yerf dog 3208 double seater adjustable full suspension, camo edition. i am putting a link to a pic of one. i will post my actual one later. any help is appreciated

it fits b/c it was the one that came with the kart. it is a 30 series for 3/4" shaft. i have tried to align it but it keeps burning the belt on the torque converter side. it seems like my torque converter engages it too much. also after i took it off once and put it back on, i cranked the engine and it took off on me. it was not doing that before.

hello. yes its pretty loose. i am wondering if my idle is too high. there is a black screw on carb that according to other threads is the idle screw it makes no difference on mine. i have it even taken it off and still no difference. the thing is that as soon as i crank it the t/c spreads open a bit and there goes my kart.

that video helped me alot cause my kart does the same thing and doesnt fully engage all the time. but it doesnt explain the belt terring up all the time..raptormessiah,how often doesnt your belt get worn/torn?
