Guitarist for about 20 years, was playing piano and other things at least 10 years before that...second generation musician. My Dad also played guitar, put himself through college in the late 1960s playing in cover bands at dances and stuff.
I've got several guitars, each a little different than the others. I do tend to replace every bridge humbucker with a Bill Lawrence L500XL (Wilde Pickups brand) because I grew up a big Pantera fan and it just works for my playing style. My last guitar purchased is an Epiphone Explorer, and my first, by way of Dad, is a Les Paul made by The Heritage. I also have a "boom stick" which is a Les Paul style baritone (tuned B to B) made by Agile - it's about 9 pounds phew!
Music is a lifelong passion. I've done my best to keep with the hobby and keep my chops up to speed (roots in blues, rock, metal / shred, and jazz) but sometimes go almost a week without touching a guitar. Quite a few songs are for sale on iTunes, Amazon, or other places if you're interested.
I gave up video games so I could focus on music, and I've tried to find hobbies that won't take me too far away from music overall. Recently tried golf and fishing and some treasure hunting, but really like the idea of getting started with my dream project of a go-kart. I'm really hoping the skill with music / hand-eye coordination will be useful in welding...time will tell...

Or.....you could just get one of these and model any variations of amps...feedback...echo....twin lead....phase shifter. ..wah wah pedal. ...distortion. ...sustain.....tone.....he77.....this thing even has a mode that detunes a 6 string into a bass.....
I would like to try one out and see how I liked it.
Do you remember how much yours cost?
I will take your word for it and find one.You won't justlike it ......the last I looked ....they were about $150.....my old bass player ran across that one and I got it for considerably less. ...like $70 or something........but it's been awhile. .....
I already had a Digitech RP200....So I knew I couldn't pass up a 250 at that price.....
You ought to be able to check one out at a music store....and run through the presets pretty quickly. ...but it takes a long time playing around with it to get the most out of your customized settings. ....
Here is a new guitar I bought it is a Gibson Les Paul Studio which at first I did not like the colors but they have grown on me a little it is easy to play and sounds great!
Poboy,I can't find your video on youtube just videos of other matters about ''Jacking"You could swap out the pick guard to a black one.....personally...I just like to eliminate them......
And lose the tin covers on the Humbuckers.....and that would be a really nice looking guitar.......
I shouldn't even mention this....because it's pretty shabby.....but I posted a video on YouTube......called "Just Jacking "......not my best stuff by a long shot.....but it shows a little bit of what I can do .....
