I am jealous of all of you. I had the perfect workshop for all of my tinkering years ago and now I am in an apartment with no garage. I have use of a garage but its 25 miles away.

What a drag

That does suck......im lucky enough to be able to work on my stuff at my job......on the clock

And we are a nuclear power manufacturing company......so i get access to basically ANY equipment you can think of

well my dad got the shaft pressed out and i got the 820 all put back together with a breather tube. and thats also going to be the fill thingy lol(descriptive)

I got the engine running good THIS THINGS A MONSTER!!! its freaking scarry takin it up around 4000 rpm man it just screams like a bat outa hell lol. it sounds like a harley!

i got some random pics of the engine and what not work on this is kinda goin slow lately even tho ive been out in the garage all day everyday doing body work puddying the thing and soon ima go out and get some primer and paint and spray the fenders and i got rivets so i can attache the hood scoop but i cant find my drill lol.

ive also been calculating gear ratios and i think ima go to a 3:1 ratio on the pullys and get 50 mhp in 4th gear lol.

Just randomness here, but has anyone ever made a steel gearbox for the transmissions?

Instead of an aluminum cast case. It would be steel.

Nope =( i need wheel hubs and front spindles. then jackshaft stuff and steering stuff. its got a little ways to go

Hahaha yeah im going to take some pictures of the tires i bought for this thing. everythings getting moved to the basement when im done welding the bracing for the frame tomorrow.

Well it has been a while since i posted pictures or anything really.... well heres some progress ive gotten so far...

Jack shaft bearing... a freind of mine is keying a peice of 3/4 steel rod for the shaft. its also chrome plated.

The rear end is mounted in the final place giving me 4 inch ground clearance in the rear with the tires i have.

Got the frame braced out the wazooo..... the botom pan is braced all the way down and the upper tub is braced up the steering collum is braced up.i got some pics ill up load here.
