So in the last few days we have had advertisements for every kind of drug known to mankind. Now tonight we have a new one for counterfeit money and fake identification. Is there any way to keep this CRAP off of the forum, or is the only thing that can be done is to have a moderator delete it after it is posted. Sorry for ranting, but this stuff is so discouraging.

Only the site Admin can typically assign moderators, not sure if Landuse or Anderkart have the same privileges as the Admin but it might be possible to give them "mini Admin" privileges

I just DM'd Robert, Landuse, and Anderkart. Hopefully one of them can hop on and purge the spam. If I recall, years ago there was a system on here to would ward off spam and bot accounts. Not sure if that no longer works, somehow got disabled during the last reset, or what.

Never in my time being on here has it ever been like this. These things always got taken care of behind the scenes and never made it this far as far as I'm aware of.

I might assume hardly anyone did DM/PM our staff members (except you) due to the issues but just kept posting here to complain (like I did). I hear Denny doesn't know how to do anything on here except login and post ... ... and even that might be a stretching of the facts.

That only hides it from you and does little to solve the issue (unless you report them also), but it "cleans up" your content display massively as all 95 new posts from "Sanjay in Malaysia" are now wiped from your screen.

If "Sanjay" isn't banned and comes back under the same username, everything they post will never be seen by you. Definitely a good forum tool.
