Builing mini Chopper

OK so I'm trying to take something that looks like this http://www.paybest.com/jpg5/mini.jpg and turn it into this http://i01.i.aliimg.com/photo/v0/10931253/Pocket_Bike_Parts_Mini_Chopper_Parts.jpg Ive never done anything like this before so does anyone know how difficult it will be and what I would need? http://www.westcoastminichoppers.com/FramesandRollingChassis.html Are any of these frames the same as the mini chopper in the link I gave? personally i would ditch the fake-engine and go for something the size of a honda clone or maybe even a 70-100cc pit bike engine because the way the frame slants.

hard to tell what the frame looks like in your chopper with all the decor on it lol.
