I may have been unclear when I said two sprockets are needed, I was counting one of them as the one on the clutch (or the one included with the TAV kit).
Besides the one on the clutch or CVT, you only need ONE rear sprocket with ONE hub/carrier.
The complete kit TAV you linked for around $63 will work. Some kits come with two sprockets. A 10T for use with #41 or #420 chain
AND a 12 T for use with a #35 chain.
I believe the one you listed only comes with the 10T for #41 or #420 chain. So only get that one if the chain you already have matches #41 or #420.
Show or tell us the material and size used for rear axle. Is it 3/4” diameter? 1”?
Once we know the size of the axle, we can show you a cheap sprocket and hub to use.
you said you already have a chain? Is it #35? #41? #420? # 40?
cross off shocks, coil overs, and automatic gear shifter . We won’t we be needing those. Are we adding suspension parts after being told the budget is tight? lol who is project manager? Lol
