No that motor still wont start, i think its a bad spark plug im going to check but i have a new one that i know works

I've never heard of a 212 not starting right out of the box. You must've done something erong at some point. Maybe your right, the plug got fouled. You could always pull the recoil and turn it over with a drill with the plug out and grounded to check for spark.
