it was already on sale! I was under the assumption that the coupons don't apply to items already on sale. FYI I have high local taxes !!! right at 10% (9.something)

HF is tricky, because they always have their nonsensical "regular price" on everything, that they never ever attempt to sell anything at lol.

Then there's usually a magazine or newsletter coupon on top of whatever else they have going on.

I'm a member of the secret squirrel club, so I got mine for 89.00 plus tax, which in MI is 6%.

At any rate, you'll enjoy the engine, mine has been very reliable so far.

Thanks for the help Zbuck. I've decided to just put a predator 6 1/2 horse. I may go pick it up today if I have time. Just wondering what's the easiest way to connect throttle cables to them. Since they have a hand throttle like you would use on a log splitter or something similar, not a cable and pedal like a kart.

All I can say is that for around a $100 engine this thing screams ! I haven't been on a cart since I was a teenager, I forgot how much fun it is.
