8HP flathead

I was looking into buying an 8HP briggs & stratton engine that came off a snowblower from 1970s.
I was wondering if it would fit onto normal racing kart motor mounts and if the shaft can easily be used with 3/4in clutch. The owner says it starts first pull and i know these engines are known to go forever. It looks like there is a belt drive pulley on the shaft. Are they usually removable?

Got one pretty close

I have a 1972 briggs motor and i just oiled the pulley up with WD-40 and pulled it off with a flywheel puller

Mine is off of an old snapper snow blower and it has a 1" shaft with a 1/4" keyway

Are you using it on a normal motor mount? (same size as 6.5 honda)
