I have an 8th Briggs that has some kind of Pulley system on the shaft.The pulley has a housing with an oil fill plug.The motor was pulled off a cement mixer. Anyone know how to remove this, from some angles it looks like it may be one piece with the crank case.

thats a reduction box. im not sure if theres a clutch inside too.
theres probably bolts that hold the reduction box on. your shaft is probably just a big gear though...
