Break help kinda stuck

Ok so my breaks are kinda stuck no they are not fully stuck but they are rubbing pretty tight and want release and I don't know how to make them release

My suggestion is, first, provide more info on the part in question; I can only assume (based on the pic) that's a mechanical caliper...

The best advice I can offer is rust or dirt/crud has, most likely, built up on one of the many moving parts; disassemble the entire caliper, clean everything thoroughly & reassemble using a smear of grease on the moving parts (this will not only provide lubrication but, it will also prevent future rust)...

That's what I'll do. And that's about the best pic I could get cause of where it is at and it's a hydraulic break it's on a roketa kart. And thank you for the help

*brakes not to be confused with Spring break. Anyhow if you do grease/lubricate anything on the brakes be careful not to get it on the pads or rotor otherwise you may be braking..... more than just your kart. You may brake bones, your kart or anything you crash into as the karts brakes won't be very affective at stopping.
