Brake rebuild question

Front brakes on this Kasea seems to have rusted and locked up. I pulled them apart and found rust on the piston.

I had to pull them out with pliers. Too me a few minutes to get them to even turn.

Not sure if it’s worth trying to buff them up and put them back. Any suggestions?

That would all depend on how far gone they are, and how pricey replacements will be, posting a few pictures might help us give you proper advise so you can make the final decision.
