ok so i just cleaned and bleeded my hydraulic brakes

but the when i pull the brake lever the pistion inside the calper gets stuck out there as if it was engaging the brakes and to get it to go back in i either have to loosein the bleeder valve or pry it back in with a screwdriver

why would this be and how could i fix it?

their HK brakes btw got them from a friend for 5 bucks! haha

your return line is stopped up
there is trash at the puck
or the pucks bore is showing wear

if the return line is stopped up, it is normally inside the reservoir. there should be one big hole and one small hole, the small is the return. you could try releasing the banjo bolt from the mc, then with a blow down nozzle on a compressor blow air into it. if that doesn't clear it, you may need a torch tip cleaner to go in and extract the debris.

trash at the puck is a bit easier. remove the caliper and pump it up till the puck is free. any trash? remove it, lube the puck with fresh brake fluid and gently press back into its bore. it is easier to do if you remove the bleed screw.

worn out bore. you will need a newer caliper

the puck is the thing that deploys to move the brake pads. ok on the holes, is this a front brake unit? if so, when you squeeze the lever, the feed side lets you see the plunging, you see nothing in the return.

yes it is and one is sucking in so deff not the return line and then i let go of the lever and it like startes to bubble on the return on(if it is the return one) but i cnt get it to bubble all the way?

the bubbles are probably air, it means the trash is not completely blocking the hole. use compressed air to see if you can dislodge the blockage, were the hose connects to your mc. if not use a small needle or similar appliance

screw the air on or just put it in there? and could i just drill out the hole and not hurt anything down there?

i wouldn't drill. if you have the high speed blow down gun use it, just make sure you can get enough pressure in it. some of the trash brake fluid/water is really hard. pin punch or something strong and small.
