This is my first time building, well restoring better said a go kart. It has a 150x1 Hurst Airheart hydraulic brake installed but I don't know how to get the brake pad on the caliper. I think it has everything it needs, but I've had no luck figuring it out. Any resources I can refer to or people who can help me out?

IIRC, the puck on the anvil attaches with a screw through a recessed hole and the one on the piston side is glued on.
Keep in mind you have a single piston fixed caliper so the disc has to float.

This is correct, I have the brake setup on my kart. I used contact cement to keep the piston side pad on.

What type of kart do you have?

I realize you're asking the OP, but I have the Airheart brake on a project Robron SuperDart with an 820 West Bend.
