There should be a little bleed screw on the caliper.

Have your helper apply pressure to the brake pedal and open the bleed screw. Brake fluid will squirt out along with little bursts of air. Close the screw and tell your helper to let off the brake pedal. Your helper MUST keep their foot on the pedal while the bleed screw is open. If they let off it'll suck in air. Repeat this until only fluid squirts out.

Is this the bleed screw?

A cheap way to make it a one man job is get one of those 1-way inline check valves like you might use in your fuel line. You can get 'em at any auto parts store.
Slip one end of the bleed line over the caliper bleed.
Put the other end in your catch can. A clear bottle or jug is best so you can see it.
In between the two put the check valve.
I out mine a little closer to the drain end, that way you can see more of the fluid coming through and watch for air bubbles (even though you shouldn't get any).
Depress the brake pedal (Don't stomp it, super slow isn't good either) at a moderate rate until it bottoms.
Hold it a sec and let it up at the same tempo. Repeat until you have good pedal, watching the drain line while you do.
It shouldn't be long before you have good pedal.
Let it set a minute and try it again, you should have the same amount of pedal.
If you don't, you have a leak somewhere.

Before you start, fill the master cylinder and open the bleeder. Wait until fluid starts to run from the bleeder.Close the bleeder (This doesn't always work, sometimes it won't gravity feed all the way through).
1) Pump the brakes until you get the best pedal you can (will be "soft" if there's air in the line).
2) Hold pedal down
3) Open bleeder
4) Keep pedal down until it bottoms and fluid stops coming out of the bleeder
5) Close bleeder
6) Let pedal up
7) Repeat until straight fluid is coming out of the bleeder and you have good pedal.
That's the best way i can describe it.
It'll sound like this:
"Pump it up" (guy on bleeder)
"Up" (guy on brake pedal)
"Hold it down" (guy on bleeder)
"Down" (guy on brake pedal)
"Let 'er up" ( guy on bleeder)
Repeat as needed.
Keep an eye on the fluid level in the master cylinder or you'll run it dry and have to start over.

How do u do that
( the google thing)

There is a little nipple on the calliper Looks like a grease nipple (google it)

It is usually a 1/4 inch spanner to crack it off

It is way too hard to explain to u how a master cylender works
But if u push it in all the way and then release it half way and push it in again u built up extra pressure

I always reverse bleed mine. It makes it easier when no one can help you.
Get you an old oil can with the squirt lever (like for oiling clocks with) attach a rubber hose to the can. Open bleeder. Open master cylinder top. Squirt flood into the caliper till you over fill the top of the master cylinder and all the air bubbles come out. Once the fluid comes out the top of the cylinder, remove hose, tighten bleeder, replace master cylinder cap. All done.

i did my brakes in the end just injected fluid into the callipers while pistons pushed out then pushed bk in untill the fluid was top with no air showing. sucked up fluid into the pipe filled up the master cylinder. and carefully connected everything bk together without getting air bk in the system. not advisable though unless u tried everything else and u got time on your hands lol.
