Biggest two seater gocart for a tall guy?

That sounds even bigger than the Intruder. I think to get any more room you would have to go to a full sized buggy. Or even a side by side. Those things cost as much as a new automobile. And then you have left the go kart world,
and all the fun it provides WAY WAY back there.

That is why i will be sticking with this build, as it provides the most room for me. I want to throw a seat from a bmw e46 into the cart as its on tracks, and has manual movement (very nice manual seats) but im not sure if it will fit, says its 21’ wide and the dingo seat area is 21.5 wide. Theres one for 40 on fb marketplace, ill just throw it on something else if it doesnt work most likely.

Should i start a new thread to track progress on the dingo build? Floor pan going in soon, as well as seat installation and i will most likely be doing a windshield and body on it. Going to be taking it out this year for our annual ice fishing trip for a fun little rig. Figured itd be cool to pull right up to a hole and jig from the cart.

6'9" 350lbs here. From my experience (as I am sure you are well aware), the world is just too dang small sometimes. Its less of a headache to just build it to fit your own body. I am building a kart/buggy thing, and I streched my frame 12", put about 6" more headroom in, put the steering wheel at my arms length, and beefed up all around. You could make A-arms for front suspension, and furn turn your rear into a swingarm setup.

A blind man wouldn't have much trouble finding either one of these guys. They have their own orbiting satellites around them. Guessing the orbits are kind of elliptical, given the already existing spaghettification stretching all that mass out.

BTW: 6' 3" here, but due to literally nearly dying of malnutrition in the middle of a house full of food via laying around unemployed and gobbling everything in sight around the clock (got down to 120#) (can you say skeleton-face?), I've only got about 149# that I can reliably hold on to now, some 9 years later.

As far as factory? Only the Manco Deuce and Super Deuce fit the bill and being reasonably priced. The Carter Bros Talon would be too short and cramped for a full size adult.

I'm in the weird sizing, 5'9", but with 34" inseam, which is generally for people 6' and up.

If you're wanting to do a custom build, Badland Buggy has three, two seater plans, the ST3, ST4, and Megalodon 2 Seater. Though these are for motorcycle and snowmobile engines from a minimum of 600cc to well over 1000cc engines.

Hi all! Wanted to give an update. School this semester has been kicking my *** so i havent had too much time for the cart. We welded in a floor pan with some scrap i found in a dumpster last week, i flipped the pedals around to gain some extra room (still need to bend them to look good) and added some extra support to the previous welds. I bought a sheet of lexan for my windshield, i have a couple pieces for the body, new 145-70-6 front tires, 4/110 rear hubs so i can run 23s in the rear from an old set of honda wheels and tires. my steering was all messed up wearing out the first set of tires really quickly so i ordered tie rods (one was bent) , a couple tie rod ends for the ones that are seized, as well as new spindles (SLOPPY!) and the spindle springs. Should i also replace my kingpin bolts when i throw the new spindles on? The old ones are a bit worn but not terrible. Stage one is on the way as well as a new header. I ordered a seat dingo seat track from the two seater dingos so i can adjust where the seat is when someone 7 foot isnt riding. Looking like the cart is going to get a full makeover!

Nobody say anything about the welds! They hold and im a new welder! I will get better pics as i start cleaning the build up.

Don’t weld the pan in solid. You want to weld an inch and skip 2-3 inches. Weld an inch and then skip 2-3 inches. Less chance of cracking or warping something that way.
