The dingo is pretty much a basket case. I didnt build it, was looking for a gocart showed up and had 0 clue this thing was stretched (like it was made to be with me being 7 foot and stumbling across a stretched gocart). I will try and get pics, these welds do not seem the best lol. Goal is to stay with stock structural integrity but im not sure thats an option now.
All I know about stretching steel tubes (square or round) is that a good fit of an insert inside of or sleeving over the outside of the tubes, where joints cut for stretching are, make for very solid joints that are as structurally sound as the original tubes before cutting. Goes without saying that decent welding is required.

What is the measurement from the seatback (asscrack land) to the pedals on your intruder? Thats where it matters most for me. Ill measure what im at in the dingo right now. I just removed the seat the previous owner welded in so that i can throw rails on it so it can slide back and forth when a 7 footer isnt driving it.

thanks for the measurements brother ill have to see where the dingo is at and ill get back with yallI am not with the cart but here are some pics for now (ill get better ones tomorrow) (top is from when i bought it i had to remount motor and throw on a 30 series torque converter as well as the seat from my old stand) it is stretched in the middle, no extra support or anything. I was thinking about running a piece of angle iron all the way down or some sort of clamp that i can then weld to make the initial weld more locked in, or 12inches or so of tubing or something i can weld onto the intial stretch spot. Thoughts?
The suspension part eats me. Makes me want to weld on the front end of an atv or something. Id agree with you on room for sure. The steering will probably need to be lengthened. I was thinking about getting a deep well steering wheel as well as welding on a quick release, but will probably end up doing more to it.
