Big cat ground clearance

Got a big cat, used running a Comet 30 and HF 212. It’s still got the factory 80t rear and 8t front sprockets. Tires front and rear are 22x11x8’s.
The question:
How can I get some more ground clearance without a lot of fab work. Is there a taller rim/wheel, 10, 12 inch with the 4x4 bolt pattern so I can still my hubs?
Any ideas or experience with the problem would be appreciated.
Would also welcome any ideas on seat mods (longer/higher), rear rack would be nice. I don’t weld but have several in the family.
